Since my message got deleted, I'll try to reiterate without upsetting the mods. SNES is the best version despite the bugs (Evasion stat, vanish/doom) for a first time playthrough. If there was a version out there of the SNES game with no bugs, it would be the best version.
GBA port suffers from a bad re-translation that sounds like it was done by some amateurs, and only adds a couple of bonus dungeons at the expense of sound quality and massive in-game lag. If this is your first playthrough, stick to SNES. The PSX version is a direct port of the SNES, but has massive load times which are unbearable.

There's a SNES ROMhack out there that has a lot of the bugs fixed without touching the translation or anything. That's the best version of the game IMO, the retranslation in the GBA release sucks and the GBA version has slowdown and crappy sound. It's not worth the bonus dungeons, especially if you've never played the original.

And this is the brilliance of Lena Headey and Cersei. The subtlety is so distinct that her brilliance is passed off as stupidity.
Cersei's one defining strength is her compassion for her children. Her conversation with Catelyn was so good because she was both covering her tracks AND genuinely empathetic. She had lost a kid and knew how it felt. She TRULY felt for Catelyn Stark. You could see it all over her face.
She pulled Joffrey off the wall because she Lancel told her things were going poorly and she knows her son very well. She knew if Stannis won that none of her kids would be allowed to survive. They would get Targaryen'd and she would rather kill them herself because she loves them.
And even through all of that, while she was contemplating all of this, she had the foresight to try and have Tyrion killed,a plan that was in place even before the battle began.
She plays the game so ruthlessly that you think she's blindly enraged. She's not. She knows people are weeds and eventually they either need to be controlled(Pycelle) or pruned(Tyrion).
Uhhh, you do realize that the kid she told Cat about was an abortion right? She didn't want to have any of Robert's babbys

From: Vengeful_KBM | #232 Cersei is one of my favorite characters in the series (yes, I even love her POVs in Feast). Lena Headey portrays her PERFECTLY. I know it wouldn't necessarily be a popular choice, but were I to do a list like this, she'd be my #1. Her POV's in feast were literally the best part of the book. It seems like hers was the only plot that advanced that whole book.

Wait, it doesn't use crappy Wiimote controls? I might check it out then. RIght now I exclusively use my Wii for Brawl and emulation (LOVE the Wii emulation capabilities, especially now that you can do Gamecube games from SD card)

As much as I hate to say it, I agree with Vlado. I don't think Bellis has ever done anything that made him stand out, just occasionally reminding everyone that he's here.

Man, Rhasta is the greatest. I went 1-10 in my last game with him, but we won because I went BoT/Aggy/Refresher and was constantly pushing the other team in.

In a bizarre appeal for attention Inviso decided she wanted to be claim she was a tall asian underwear model. This was disproved pretty quickly but the legacy of 7 foot asian jokes lived on.
Holy crap, I almost forgot about that. I think I still have that picture saved somewhere.
Whatever happened to Inviso? Last I remember seeing her was a few years ago when I was still trolling her about the asian underwear model thing.

Tall Tall Mountain is easily the worst. Tiny-Huge Island is actually a good level with a great gimick. Tall Tall Island is a Whomp's Fortress clone with annoying stars

From: EndOfDiscOne | #250 BlAcK TuRtLe posted... This list is hilarious. It really goes to show how the quality of the board in the last 5 years has sucked, since every single one of these users has been from 2006 or earlier.
I think it's more that it shows how rose-tinted Smurf's and your nostalgia goggles are.
Or that I haven't bothered posting on the board outside of the stats topics since like 2007
